These terms apply whenever you browse or buy from Wagmist. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. They're written to be read, not to trick you — if anything is unclear, ask us.

Who you're dealing with

Wagmist is an online store operated from Colorado, United States. Post reaches us at PO Box 788, Silverthorne, CO 80498; email reaches us faster, at support@wagmist.com.

Ordering

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once payment is accepted, and it's complete when the order ships.
• We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, was listed at an obviously wrong price, or if we suspect fraud. If that happens, you get a full refund and an email explaining why.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping timelines, costs, and the free-shipping threshold are described in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these terms.

Subscriptions

Some products can be bought as a subscription ("Subscribe & save"). When you choose one at checkout, you agree that we will charge the payment method you gave us, at the price and delivery frequency shown at checkout, each time a renewal order is due, until you cancel. The subscription discount and the shipping charge shown at checkout apply to every renewal. You'll get an order confirmation email for each renewal.

• Cancel, skip or pause any time. Log in to your account (the Subscriptions page, using the email you ordered with) to skip a delivery, pause, change how often it comes, or cancel. You can also email support@wagmist.com and we'll do it for you. There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.
• Timing. A cancellation, skip or pause takes effect from your next scheduled renewal. It doesn't undo an order that has already been charged and is being processed or has shipped; that order is covered by our ordinary Return & Refund Policy.
• Price changes. If we ever need to change the price of your subscription, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, so you can cancel first if you'd rather.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we'll email you and retry. If it keeps failing, the subscription is paused until you update your payment method, and nothing further is charged.

Returns and refunds

We offer 30-day returns on everything we sell. The full details — how to start a return, condition requirements, and refund timing — are in our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Payments

Payments are handled by Shopify. Your use of Shopify's checkout is also subject to Shopify's own terms. We never see or store your full card details.

Product information

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but screens vary and minor differences in color or finish can occur. If an item arrives meaningfully different from what was described, contact us and we'll make it right.

Faulty goods

Everything we sell is covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery — a sprayer that will not charge or will not mist, a tank connector that leaks, or a refill bottle that arrives split or empty, is faulty and we replace or refund it. It doesn't cover damage from drops, liquid in the charging port, anything other than Wagmist formula in the tank, or using a product for something it isn't. To make a claim, email us with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue.

Safe use

The sprayer is a small household appliance, not a toy, and the formula is a fabric and surface deodorizer, not a disinfectant, a medicine or anything for use on skin. Mist fabrics and surfaces, never a person or an animal; keep it away from faces, eyes, food and water bowls; let treated fabric dry before pets return to it; and keep the sprayer, the cable and every bottle out of reach of children and of dogs that chew. Use only Wagmist formula in the tank, charge with the supplied cable, and don't submerge the sprayer. Please read the product page and the instructions in the box, and keep them where you can find them.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, layout, and branding — belongs to Wagmist and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer-protection law gives you and that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
