Our blend is plant-based and made for homes shared with pets. Mist the fabric, not the dog, keep it away from faces and food and water bowls, and let the fabric dry for a few minutes before your dog is back on it. If your dog has a known sensitivity, check with your vet first, as you would with any household product.

It breaks it down. The Japanese blend is enzyme-based: it digests the organic compounds behind dog smell, so it keeps working after the faint floral note fades, instead of wearing off the way a fragrance does. Heavily loaded fabric, like an old dog bed or a car seat after a wet walk, may need a second pass the next day.

Yes. Every kit comes with at least one bottle: pour it into the sprayer's tank and you're ready to go. The bigger packs add a second or third bottle, and refill packs are there for after that.

No. The sprayer and the blend ship separately, so your order arrives as two packages, and they can land a few days apart. You'll get a tracking email for each one. If the sprayer turns up first, charge it while you wait for the blend.

Yes, on all three. Anything fabric or hard-surfaced that holds smell: sofas, dog beds, rugs, curtains, car seats and mats, crate pads, the hallway by the door. It's not for use on your dog, on skin or on food-contact surfaces.

With the USB cable in the box, from any phone charger or laptop port. A full charge lasts many sessions, because a whole sofa takes only a few seconds of mist.

One dog and one sofa: the Starter Kit. More than one dog, a car that carries them, or a house where the smell has had years to settle in: take the extra bottles, one more for $8 or two more for $15. Every kit ships free.

It's made for the Wagmist sprayer, and that's the only one we've tried it in. Other nano-mist sprayers with a refillable tank may take it, but we can't promise it on a device we haven't tested.

One dog: a bottle at a time is plenty. Two dogs, or a car that carries them: the 2- or 3-bottle pack, or subscribe so it turns up before you run out.

Pick a refill pack, choose Subscribe & save 20% and how often you want it delivered (every month, every 2 months or every 3 months), and you pay 20% less on every delivery. You can skip a delivery, change how often it comes, or cancel at any time from the Subscriptions page of your account, with no minimum number of orders and no fee.

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and arrive 7–12 business days after they ship (7–12 to the UK, 8–14 to Canada). You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order to all 50 U.S. states, the UK and Canada, kits and refills alike, and your cart shows the full total before you pay. Canadian orders may owe GST/HST to the carrier on delivery.

30 days, any reason. Email us from your order confirmation, ship it back, and the full refund lands once it reaches us. Free if the item arrived damaged.

Yes — payment runs on Shopify's SSL-encrypted checkout, the same platform behind millions of online stores. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, and we never see or store your card number.
